Let It Snow?
Since I have a daily commute, I don’t feel good about the snow that’s coming. And Viernes is particularly busy: Kingwood to Downtown to Channelview to Downtown to Montrose to Downtown to Kingwood. Chinga’o!
A&M San Anto: Get It Right!
Luckily, San Anto is not Aggieland, and although it will be affiliated with the system, it is still independent of Aggieland. So, whomever gets hired doesn’t need to appease Aggieland folks like the former Latina Prez of Aggieland had to before she got the ax. I for one think that any University head needs to be someone who knows concepts, such as college readiness, developmental academic advising, etc. Political appointees need not apply!
I wonder if the Dean of Applied Arts and Sciences at Texas State is thinking about applying? Talk about a great mind!
