Rick Perry is militarizing the border as drug cartel violence continues. He is blaming President Obama for not doing anything about it. The thing is, the Republicans whine and moan about “illegulz” while this drug cartel threat has been around for decades.
Meanwhile, the Obama Administration has increased its effort of separating families and arresting working parents while the cartel violence has been there all along.
Together, they have ignored the main reason for all of this cartel violence: The immense thirst for drugs from across the border here in America. But, as always, we live in denial–even sending drug users to overfilled prisons, instead of to rehab programs.
