That's right! The best three-day Tejano/Chicano music fest in Houston, the 33rd Festival Chicano, is back on October 4, 5, and 6 at Miller Outdoor Theatre. Thanks to Daniel Bustamante, the 33rd year of this Festival will be just as awesome as the 32 before it.
