The creator of the Houston Chronicle-banned “La Cucaracha” comic strip, Lalo Alcaraz, is in town all weekend for the Latino Book and Family Festival at the Jorge Cafe. I got to meet with him, watch a multimedia presentation, and join in on an impromptu protest of the Chronicle!
