Post-Harvey Disaster Relief

There are are a lot organizations to which to donate for disaster relief. Kuff’s got a great list.

I’ll mention two:

Houston Food Bank will be helping people through the relief efforts and helping people get back on their feet once they are beyond the shelter experience. So, donate here to give to the Houston Food Bank. They know how to stretch a dollar and make sure people in need are fed.

and

Mayor Sylvester Turner has established a donation a relief fund, as well.

After receiving an overwhelming number of inquiries from citizens and companies who want to help, Mayor Sylvester Turner has established the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund that will accept tax deductible flood relief donations for victims that have been affected by the recent floods.
